Red Flag #1. -They ask you not to put any identifying info on the test when you submit it, ostensibly because they want to keep things anonymous. Red Flag #2. -The skills test takes a couple hours and involves you drafting emails for a certain organization. Very high chance this organization is their client. Red Flag #3. If their institution was good, they wouldn't need people they haven't even hired to do free work for them. Apply at your own risk.
