Avg process. Good discussions. But they asked to self fund a visit to their location for an in person interview for an IT job in 2022! Totally unheard of. Declined to pay out of my pocket may be a 400€ to and fro trip and hotel.

The interview was amazing. This company really cares about the work environment. 90% of the interview was about culture and daily work performance. For this role, it's very important to always show business improvements.
