very old fashioned. was panel that read from a prepared package of questions. it was such a cold experience, it was on the verge of uncomfortable. i can't imagine how they could get information about me out of the canned questions.

there were all canned questions that could be from any HR book. Not sure what they get out of it, other than to be totally consistent with every candidate.

Entretien
Applied through corporate web-site. Got an initial screening call 1 month after.
They quickly set up an interview with a hiring manager. It was a technical/domain-oriented interview. Lots of product-related questions, was asked about the market and competitors. 2 days later was invited to the next round.
It was a panel interview. Very formal, lots of behavioural questions.
Haven’t heard back for a while. Followed-up with a recruiter and a hiring manager, was told that the final decision will be maid after completing all the interviews.
1 month and 1 week after the panel got a classic rejection letter.
