They ask lots of customer servive question..what is your past experince and how you can apply it to amtrak...why do you want for the railroad..how did you hete about us..

How would you deal with a long delay on the train??
Very smooth and direct! I've never been interviewed by a panel before. And was worried there would be 4+ people asking me questions. But it was only 2 gentlemen who asked less than 10 questions. I was stressed for nothing!

It's been many years since I did the interview process I really don't remember it. I remember being interviewed by two people in a third person over the phone. I don't remember what happened after that I just remember receiving a letter inviting me to orientation. The hiring process was long I applied for the position in February and did not get a call back for an interview until October.
