Prior to interviewing, I had my doubts about this company. They were confirmed by the interview process. After two virtual interviews, I traveled over 4 hours (plus an overnight in a hotel) for the final in-person interview. For what it's worth, my Amplity contact was present for the interview, genuine, and nice. The interview itself lasted about an hour and was quite standard. I found the behavior of the representatives from the contracted company odd, but I can't blame that on Amplity. The reason I feel compelled to write this review is that after this interview, there was zero follow up. Not an email, not a call -- nothing. I think this type of behavior speaks volumes to how the company is managed.
