The recruiter showed up about 30 seconds after the start time, had a little difficulty with their audio, and was quickly online to ask me about my day, thank me for coming, and ran me through 7 quick questions. The questions included what I knew about Amplify, what interested me about this particular job posting, when can I start if offered the position, what salary range was I anticipating, if I can adapt to new technology and teach others how to use it quickly, what project management software I have experience with, and what negative & positive experiences I’ve had with project management software – give specific examples. They let me know that I should hear back in the next 2-3 days, that a performance test would be given that would given to be answered on my own with a 48 hour or 72 hour turn around time, when interviews with the hiring manager would begin and there would be 2 rounds of interviews with the selected candidate before the anticipated start date. I was given a chance to ask questions and in the same day I received notification of my status in the interview process.
