The interview has been conducted first by the HR manager. Then he sat up a meeting with the General manager. The HR manager and the GM have conducted the interview for 30 minutes. They asked about the engineering and management skills. The GM approved me and then the HR manager sent the offer to sign it and indicate the date of joining the company.
