Dear Candidate, Thank you for your feedback. I will like to tell you as we are a process-driven company, salary negotiations are done after the interview with the technical panel, not before that. Once the candidate is shortlisted in an interview, the documentation is done and then only Salary negotiations come in to picture. The salary which is offered to any candidate is based on the technical feedback, & documentation, not on any random discussion done with anyone prior to the interview, that is not the process neither anyone is authorized to do so. As you said you were referred by someone, which itself speaks a lot about the company, we do not have to justify or prove ourselves.
Still taking your concern into consideration, I would like to know if you had any written commitment given by the company regarding salary, you may share the documents on hr@amitysoftware.com.I will personally look into the matter.
