The initial interview was over the phone, that lasted about 20 minutes. I was invited in to the HQ one the same day to have a 1:1. This interview was very standard, it was quite relaxed. The headquarters is a beautiful campus, break rooms with couches; tv's, vending machines, beautiful view of the scenery. They also have a large gym, basketball court and walking trails on campus as well as nive cafeteria with catered food. One the same day of my 1:1 with the recruiter I was asked to come back in a few days to meet with the immediate supervisor. I feel that direct supervisors are not entirely skilled in holding interviews as I felt as if I were being interogated. Dont try negotiatin pay, it is non negotiable. I'm waiting on an offer but I feel I have a solid place!
