Average to other similar positions or at least it was as expected. Screening interviews, which is followed by interviewing with 2 or 3 people, then the presentation to approximately 20 people, followed by 8 individual interviews. 2-day interview process for the final stage. I liked that they allowed the candidate to choose what projects to presents rather than give them a case and present, which can be tricky. Around 2 months for finalizing interviews. Heard back 1 week after the last interview. All interviewers were on time - if not I was notified within a reasonable amount of time to reschedule - professional and very pleasant overall.

I had a phone interview screening first. Then I met had a zoom interview with the hiring manager. Overall, the organization was professional. However, I felt like the hiring manager was a bit rude, which caught me off guard and impacted how I answered some of his questions.
One HR phone interview and 2 screening interview with hiring managers. They were not professional, one interview was rescheduled a few hours before the time and Eventually I had the interview while the hiring manager baby sitting her own child! She was not even listening to me, and I had to explain everything twice!

First contacted by a recruiter. Scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager. Followed by a final day of 8 interviews and a job talk at the end. Very unclear what they are looking for in a candidate and received no feedback after rejection. It's such a waste of time.
