The whole interview process was about 1.5 months.
1) Resume submission + application questions
2) Create video of "Why Me?" + competencies questions
3) 5 rounds of individual interviews
4) Assessment centre with senior leadership team: work with other candidates as a team to present a case study
It was a draining process but yet fulfilling. I learnt a lot about myself and Amgen along the way. Also, it was a great platform to improve interview skills.
Upon rejection after the final round, HR followed up to share feedbacks.
