J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amgen

I was personally screened by the hiring manager instead of a representative from HR and endured the absolute most uncomfortable interview experience of my career. The hiring manager belittled my experiences, kept asking more and more detailed questions about my internship experience a year ago while trying to get me to trip up, and made obnoxious buzzer noises when I answered her questions regarding GMP practices. The point isn't even that she falsely and loudly let me know that my answers were incorrect (I worked at a GMP facility before and had been trained), it was that she felt comfortable treating a potential hire in one of the most bizarre and unprofessional displays that I, or any of my contacts, have ever seen. This experience alone turned me off of Amgen and led to me declining an offer at a different facility as I cannot in good faith work for a company that hires and supports managers like these.

During the interview process, it was great as the managers were very nice and friendly to talk to.

Was relatively quick. HR scheduled both rounds of interview quickly. Both rounds interviewers were friendly and it was a good two way conversation where they learn about you and you learning about the role and company.

Very straight forward conversation with Mathew Stietz and team. The interview was online and they first introduced themselves and transitioned to me. I walked them through my experience and skills. And then they went into the technical side of things. Overall it was smooth and they were very warm and welcoming.
