Got contacted by an Amgen recruiter, applied online afterwards. Immediately was reached out by HR, this was followed up by interviews with team members. 7-8 interviews, each with a team member including Hiring Manager. Question ranged from technical to behavioral. Note to Amgen: Your recruiting team is sloppy and incommunicative at best. You're putting Amgen at risk of losing out on really good candidates. You guys can do better. Good luck! Note to candidates: Recruiting team might act inconsistent and you might find yourself at the hands of a new recruiter with every moving step. Don't get discouraged, if you like the company just be patient. If you like the team, go with your gut. You'd be working with your team at the end of the day.
