3 Phone interviews and then onsite in Thousand Oaks. I was upfront that I want the role remotely and can travel to sites as needed. They went on for 3 phone interviews and then an onsite interview. Then HR offered the job on the condition that I move to Thousand Oaks. It was waste of everyone's time.

The process started with a phone screening with a recruiter to go over my background, skills, and interest in the role. This was followed by a one-hour virtual panel interview with three team members from supply chain, analytics, and operations. The panel focused on technical skills like capacity planning methods, data analysis, and forecasting models, as well as behavioral questions around cross-functional collaboration and problem solving. They also asked about experience with ERP systems and tools like Excel and Tableau. Overall, the interview was structured and professional, with time at the end for me to ask questions about the role and team culture.
