Then HR offered the job on the condition that I move to Thousand Oaks. It was waste of everyone's time.

This was followed by a one-hour virtual panel interview with three team members from supply chain, analytics, and operations. The panel focused on technical skills like capacity planning methods, data analysis, and forecasting models, as well as behavioral questions around cross-functional collaboration and problem solving. They also asked about experience with ERP systems and tools like Excel and Tableau. Overall, the interview was structured and professional, with time at the end for me to ask questions about the role and team culture.
