Fairly easy interview. Distinct questions about my experience and opinions about DEI. Two interviews. Very nice interviewers. The length of the interview was about an hour. Worst questions that were scenario oriented about my experience and how I handled certain situations. I was absolutely ghosted after several follow-up emails. Never received a response.

Open house job interview, I had applied online and was invited to come in. When I arrived the receptionist was very kind, however the moment my interviewer came out, the scowl on her face made it clear she was not going to hire me based on my sexual preference. I have an abundance of insurance experience and she could not ask me a question I didnt know. She then asked what specific program I used for the phone on my last job, I was caught off guard and couldn't recall the name of the system. She was just trying to find something to not hire me with. I worked for united healthcare before and worked on at least 15 different applications, how was I expected to remember the name of the phone program. Needless to say I have not been contacted.
