Meet with several people and was able to learn a lot about the company and their operation by doing so. Was also given a full tour of the facility, with explanation of each departments goals and expectations. Generally relaxed atmosphere.

Very personable. Very comfortable. Both corporate and the site-specific portion of the interview felt laid back. I had a wonderful experience. Most of it is done fluently through email, and you are able to set your own appointment times.

Phone interview using behavior based questions for screening before face to face interview. Face to face interview was with two plant managers at the same time taking turns to ask scripted questions.
