Process for this role: HR interview, written assignment, interview with manager, panel interview. The process is far too much for the low salary they offer. In the HR interview, the senior HR person cut me off mid answer multiple times.

I had a really positive experience with interviewing for Americares, it was a total of 4 interviews but a quick process. I met with multiple people from the team I would be working on and some directors of other departments. Overall it gave me a really good look into what the organization was like and the friendly culture they had built.
