I got to the second round of interviews.
the first is a screener with HR, just clarification and going into depth on your resume.
The second round is HR, the head of the email department, and the head of digital I think. So your boss, and then your boss's boss. Here they ask for examples of things you've done in the past that relate to the job at hand. They ask very practical questions instead of abstract "what's your biggest weakness" type things.
They also hand write rejection letters, which is like, really refreshing actually. Like that's a really good sign of a well run company.
