There was a video interview then an in person one. The interviews were nice, but they took a long time to get back to me. There was no communication of the process the the hr team.

Entretien
Two interviews, with the Supervisor for the position and the manager. They were back to back, which made the process appear seamless. Standard interview questions, nothing fancy or outwardly weird. Interviewed before Thanksgiving and heard nothing back.

They wanted to know how I dealt with difficult personalities.
Interviews via Zoom with multiple members of the Contract Drafting department. Each interview was approximately 30 Minutes long and consisted of questions regarding experience with the general topic matter of the position and problem solving capabilities.

Describe a situation in which you were tasked with an issue you had not previously encountered and how did you approach solving said issue?
