Three interviews over a 2 week period. Was told I would be called in for a final interview with a Director who was currently out of the country. The call never called. I followed up with an email to the HR contact and didn't get a response. I called the HR contact a week later, left a message and never heard back. I was excited about the company and the opportunity. I have no problem about not getting the position, and would have left the experience thinking highly of American Tower, but for the fact that they didn't have the professionalism or courtesy to close the loop on the interview process. I don't think I'd want to work for a company that treats potential employees so poorly.
