Zoom and phone interviews. Received positive feedback for first round. Second round was a bit delayed, then I didn’t hear back for a month that I was not moving forward until the process.

The interview process was very basic, honestly it felt like they are telling me the issues they have and identifying whether I will be able to tackle those or not. At least reflection should be positive.
They took 2 months to have final words on selection or rejection. And after submitting my documents it took 1 month to release the offer. And wanted me to join in less than 30 days.
My overall experience after meeting lot of people was that the management lacks vision or they do not want to improve. I do not recommend this organisation for the ones who wants to grow in career and life.
