The company hires experienced people to use them. They work on to push him to create documents and train other employees. Once , GM finds he or she of no use. He ask lower management to pressurize employee to look for a job change.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Tower in June 2017.Very quick streamlined interview process. Phone interview to learn about yourself and give more information on position and company. Followed by an in person interview by 4 current employees individually.
