First get a phone interview and then a second in person. Within a couple days or a week they will call on their decision. The in person interview will be with one of the many managers. They have classes starting every couple months so they will put you in a training group if you get the offer and accept. If you cant start the immediete upcoming class you can opt to wait til the next one.

It was more about how you handle difficult situations/people. Different scenarios on how you respond and what steps you take to handle it and what was the outcome. Not really general interview questions.

Question 1
Explain a time you solved a problem while everyone could not. How did you handle it?
easy and short, seemed like they were in a rush and wanted the process to end. They were friendly but there was alot going on. Gave me a tour and asked general questions.

The interview was smooth, it was about a 15 minute interview. Correspondence on their side can be wobbly; they go through a recruiter before meeting with the center manager. I didn’t accept my offer and told the hiring recruiter, but no one else, so they kept trying to reach out to me to establish a start day.
