Began with a HR phone interview and then was called in a for a second in-person interview with the development team. People were very nice and interview process was pleasant overall.

I had a 30 minute discussion with an HR representative and then took a 1 hour test that covered mail mergers, excel functionalities and writing. The discussion was casual mostly about me and what lead me to this organization. The test was pretty technical.
