J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (New Orleans, LA) en sept. 2015

horrible- cattle call- never meet the person you are told you will- group interview-scripted- HIRE EVERYONE- misleading about referrals. I did read the reviews so knew what to expect- gave it a chance because there are reviews from current agents who have figured out how to be successful- really believed I could too--- but the "leads" aren't leads and you will have to be comfortable being less than honest and pushing to get into houses under false pretenses
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
complete script- have you fill out your goals- personality inventory but then they don't look at it- see then laying around

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
