It was a two day interview process - first day was a group so called interview but more of a sales pitch on the company and how much you COULD make. We were then told only about 50% would be called back for a face to face interview of which only about 50% of the second group would actually be hired. I was called and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. At the second interview a few questions were asked but mostly got the impression that if you could pay for your training, testing etc. had a car they would hire you. The rest of the interview was spent going over how much one Could make if they just worked hard.

Fantastic, easy to understand. Great job with clarity as to the next steps and where I stood. Great presentation. Great job showing me the field virtually.
Overall a experience I would recommend to anybody else, anytime.

The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
