J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Saint Louis, MO) en juill. 2015

They emailed me with a vague job description and said that I was the candidate they were looking for and that I had a chance to make $60k per year. After that I emailed back and set a schedule to meet and interview in person. The in-person interview is a 3-step process

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
