I arrived at the office and was asked for a resume then given an application that asked who would I like to be for a day and why? Within a few minutes I was taken back to be told absolutely nothing about the company or job but I could attend a presentation that would answer all my questions.
Well, the presentation had a lot of useless info about how we would be really helping the working class americans (which they define as two people making $20 an hour each) and helping all the little children too. Oh! Don't forget about all the money. Within a year we would all be making close to $90k.
Needless to say, it is a scam. Multi-level marketing, pyramid scheme, whatever you want to call it. You must pay money for licensing and you are not really an employee, more of a contractor.
I was asked to come back to talk with someone else but I declined.

Total Scam, this is an MLM who pretends to offer a job. Don't do the zoom meeting unless you want to experience the biggest smoke job you have seen lately.

First it was a one on one interview. After that it was a group presentation about the company and if we had any question we liked to ask them about the role or company. Lastly few hiring manager had a interview in the end to get a good idea of the candidate.

Applied initially for a management trainee job for a company with a completely different name and got an email back scheduling an interview. I drive up to the place and go in the building for the interview and see nothing with the name of the company that was mentioned in the job posting.
Had a brief conversation with the hiring person, then was brought back into a conference group with 11 other people. We all sat through a presentation about American Income Life, which was my first time hearing about this company. The job is a 100% commission-based sales job. The job listing had said absolutely nothing about sales OR about insurance! It was very disingenuous.
Got asked to come back for a longer one-on-one interview. I said yes, then went home and did my research on working there. Didn't go back, don't recommend. Save your time.
