Three step process- a bit odd.
First filling out personality quiz and goals. Short talk with a person "to get a better idea of who you are off resume".
Then there was a large company presentation. Very clear about the way the company works off commission and home visits.
Final step is meeting with main manager to ask/answer one-on-one questions about a possible career.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
