J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life en janv. 2015
Entretien
Phone interview 1:1 and Group Panel interview with presentation about company. The company management seemed unprofessional and rude. They cancelled my 2nd interview without giving me a phone that weather caused the delayed and expected me to return the next day. Tons of multiple choice questions on a pre test they give applicants. If pass interview, the cost to join is $300 for license fee with $50.00 refunded as long as you make the commission your first week.

The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.

Entretien
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

Question 1
There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
