Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Minneapolis, MN) en juill. 2010
Entretien
I went to the interview at 10am and was about 10 minues early. After the interview, they asked me to stay for a group meeting / presentation which was schedule to start in 30 minutes. The presentation was an hour. After the presentation, I met with my contact and debriefed for 20 - 30 minutes. In all I was there for about 3 hours. I thought I was going in for a standard 20 - 30 minute interview. I thought it was very strange / big RED FLAG that the HR contact told me they interview several hundred people each week.

Entretien
They first called and set up an interview time. I get there and am put in a room with 10 or so other people, who certainly did NOT seem as qualified as I was. There were people in there wearing jeans, sweatshirts, flip flops, so on and so fourth. They will take anyone, because they will make money off you regardless.
