They call you in from your resume posted online, does not matter what your qualifications are they will hire anyone. Have a regular interview then ask you if you can stay for a presentation, very convincing almost as if they are trying to sell you the job, tell you that they will call you back and they do set up a future interview, hire you make the pay sound amazing make you pay for fingerprinting, insurance class, and test. Do not tell you how long it will take to get you license and you are an independent contractor that does not get any form of guaranteed pay.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
