The interview was pretty casual. The interviewer was upfront about details of the job, but I did not like the "beat around the bush" about the position being highly competitive and the pay.

They invited me to a webinar. I was “chosen” to do multiple interviews. I was of course hired. IMMEDIATELY had to pay for licensing study materials. Hadn’t even been 20 minutes since they “hired” me and I lost $60.

Question 1
They asked about attitude. What my previous employer would say. A variety of questions and none of them were relevant to the job itself.

Easy, nice, and simple. The people that talked to me were kind and understanding. I had two phone interviews before meeting in person with the head agent. At first I was very excited that they reached out to me, they found my resume on a career search website, and was immediately told that the head agent wanted to speak with me. The final interview was the usual give an overview of yourself and background and go into job details. It's commission only which wasn't clear to me. The classic promise to make lots of money if you stick the plan. You'd have to pay for your own insurance licensure. You'd only be making the big bucks if you worked 50-60 hour weeks including weekends.
