The interview was a group video call where I am 100% sure my mic was muted and the interviewer didn't know I was there or not. Cannot confirm if it was prerecorded but stumbles and stuttering makes me think it was live.
The survey at the end of the call is what I believe thy really look at. It asks if based on what you've heard today are you still ready?

If this was the right time and right opportunity to work. That means that they expect 40+hours of work PRIOR to getting paid if you have no license in the state you applied in. They offer a huge discount on the licensing course AND a reimbursement of the exam.

Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.
