3 step interview. First, it was a phone interview, you get invited in to do a 1:1 interview. If you make it to the next step they put you into a group than last but not least a 1:1.
Super easy, they want to hire you because managers are measured on how many people they hire and retain. No past experience needed. They love a salesy attitude and over achievers

First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
