J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Overland Park, KS) en avr. 2013

Easy . The hiring manager was chewing tobacco and spitting in a cup they contacted me. I have been self employed for years. And do not need peep rallies and such. I always showed up to every appointment before they did and way before the SGA who is always talking about work ethic. They claim to know everything about you and what kind of person you are. Well if they new that why do they have a full time staff of phone recruiters making calls every day. Their are lots of misspellings and grammar issues I'm the literature they pass out. Not very encouraging. Especially when your told it is intentional. Also manager chastises people for their spelling?? (Accountability)

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
