Had us interview like cattle. Kept making us feel useless assessments to make it feel like they were being picky. They will sign up just about anyone, but make you feel like you're not qualified for the role as a reverse psychology technique. Keep you interviewing and watching a presentation that took 3 hours, then they offer you the job and you HAVE to take it on the spot and pay for the course right then and there.
