I walked into the "interview" and it was a group session interview. You would meet one-one-one with an agent for your individual interview and then if you were successful* they would move you into the presentation room.
I saw a room full of desperate people who were looking to pay their bills and this slick
man-bro gave us a thirty minute sales pitch about the company and how great it was.
The whole scheme seems to be based around getting you to pay for the insurance certifcation you need (which they insist is through the state and not them, and that is a half truth at best) and after you go through "training" you begin recruiting other agents to do the training and you make commissions off of all the sales of the people that you recruit and then all the sales of the people that they recruit and so on and so forth.
It's a pyramid scheme and they're looking to rip you off.

Super easy, they want to hire you because managers are measured on how many people they hire and retain. No past experience needed. They love a salesy attitude and over achievers

First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
