The first round interview is less than two minutes. They ask about 5 basic questions and most people pass that round. On the same day right after the first round you are put into the second round. During the second round you set with a group of people and are shown a power-point, and explained why it’s a good opportunity. The final stage is the third round interview. It will be a few days later. It is a one on one interview for about ten minutes. You talk to a high level manager. Ask a lot of direct questions and look for very clear cut answers. Don’t forget they are sales people. As long as you are a likable person and willing to write them a check you should do fine.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They will ask you about your sales skills as well as your customer service skills. Remember you don’t have to have a college degree for this job, so even if your customer service skills are working the front register at wawa, make yourself sound sociable.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
