Received phone call for a "Benefits Specialist" position; they had found my resume online. In-house recruiter schedules an interview with me and someone in the office, which makes me believe it's a 1-on-1 interview. I arrive for my interview and I am directed to a meeting room setup for roughly 40-50 people. I stayed for the 2 hours, listening to 2 gentlemen explain the company and the 5 level pyramid setup of the sales department (Career Agent; Supervising Agent; General Agent; Master General Agent; Regional General Agent; State General Agent). Very well done; great speakers. You complete a 4-page questionnaire and based on your answers, you may or may not be asked back for your 1-on-1 interview. I received the call and went again to learn more about the "Benefits Specialist" position (not sales)...this time there was a 1-on-1 interview. This is where I learned that although each sales level has specific job name/description...ALL levels are considered "Benefits Specialists". If you are looking for a sales job, it seems like a great company. However, don't think a "Benefits Specialist" is an in-office position supporting sales...it is a Sales position. Only in office 2 days a week; drive all over the place for home meetings with clients; work on Saturdays.

Easy and quick interview process. Understable and efficient. Though did not clarify it was just commission, made it seem like you make 80,000 salary non commission but remember this is 100% comission

Straight forward and to the point. Was given clear understanding of insurance industry and what was required to enter it. Was told leads would be provided and it is commission work.

Misleading. First off, I did not know what company I was interviewing with until the interview started. Second, I think that they do this so that you cannot google them. Turns out it is a MLM...
