J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Jackson, MS) en oct. 2016

Very scripted as everything is in the company is from the phone call to the final interview, everything was scripted. No one was truly interested in your answers they just want you to show them an "attitude of sales" or a drive to sell a product to unsuspecting people.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
