I did not apply for this position, rather I was invited by their recruiting team. During our brief phone conversation it was still unclear to me what would be my job/duties. I still went to the interview, wanting to ask a lot of questions. However, they had a different plan. A person asked me questions and at the end he didn't ask me if I have any question for them. When I asked if I may ask the question, he said I will have a chance to do so in the next round of the interview process (if I get to that). I didn't like that part, since to me it is understandable that at any interview both sides should ask questions. I wouldn't accept the second part of the interview even if I had got the offer.
They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.

Interview process was very smooth and was very informative. Decided not to move forward but seems like a good opportunity. Got another opportunity with base pay so decided on that one.
