you get one interview on your own. then a group interview, then they call you back if your unlucky enough to have made it to their last pick. when you're on your own they ask you very general questions. in the group "interview" they tell you a little bit about the company's history and lie about getting a base salary (which you don't, it's strictly commissioned). then the final interview asks you a little bit of specific questions about you.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
something like "what makes you a good fit for this job" or some crap

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
