1st- a link is sent to you to schedule a phone call interview
2nd- then you are sent to a group video interview where they sell you the company and the opportunity
3rd- you have a final in person interview to discuss compensation, leads, and expectations for activity to make money for yourself; you also go over licensing costs, state exam, and the course walk through to pass the exam with the state successfully

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
