I didn't have a typical screen call with HR. Recruiter just messaged me a few weeks later after I applied with some clarifying questions and scheduled in-person interview. So, 1st interview: in person, panel interview. Hiring manager + 2 other managers + another Senior Analyst. Typical behavioural quiestion and walk me through your resume questions. They asked questions one by one. I was invited for a 2nd interview a few days later. So, the 2nd interview: zoom interview with the hiring manager and his director. Mix of technical and behavioral questions. In general, the process was good, but neither the hiring manager nor the recruiter reached out to me regarding the results. The final interview was around the holidays, so I assumed people were out of the office and messaged them about 10 days later after the interview. No feedback was provided on why another candidate was chosen, just some typical vague answer.
