J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Electric Power en déc. 2021
Entretien
Process overall took over 12 weeks. Applied online. 6 weeks later I was contacted for an interview over Microsoft Teams a week and a half out. 2 weeks after the interview I sent the lead interviewer a follow up and the next week he got back to me and said they selected someone else. Showed up in the system as not selected about 2 weeks after he emailed me. I understand large organizations are slow, but a 3 month long process just to be told no is beyond frustrating.
The interview itself was actually fine. It was an hour long. First half hour was about my experience, second half was the stupid "describe a time when" type questions.

Was contacted via text two weeks after submitting application. The interview was online in TEAMS with two engineering managers. It was a simple friendly environment they went over the basic job requirements then proceeded to as behavioral based questions.
