It was pretty standard, depends on who you are matched with. Basic questions. May have a few rounds of interviews depending on the matching position. Generally a phone screening and then virtual interview.
The interview process for AmeriCorps VISTA conversational. They asked simple but insightful questions about my past experiences, focusing on how I handled challenges, collaborated with others, and contributed to meaningful work. There was a clear emphasis on fit—both in terms of values and team dynamics—and on assessing my ability to take initiative and adapt to new environments. The tone was warm and encouraging, and I felt they were genuinely interested in learning how my skills and mindset aligned with the mission of the organization. Overall, a positive and values-driven experience.

Really good bc the interview was easy and doable. And then they are super sweet and they offer you the job. Don’t stress u got it! Just oractice and study and practice some more and study some more and be confident and a rockstar
