There was an initial phone screening and then an on-site interview with the person assigned to manage that contract. It was a thumbs up. An offer was made the following day by phone and after a bit of salary negotiation, a final offer was emailed. The terms and conditions were unusual, to say the least. Upon seeking clarification by email, the next thing that happens is the office manager calls and rescinds the offer! Strange company. Dodged a bullet there, especially after reading the other reviews here.
