The process begins with an online assessment. Candidates are then contacted by the HR recruiter for an interview (in my case online). Within the week I was contacted for another interview with the HR manager and the program sponsor for which I needed to prepare a case study and present it before continuing with the regular interview. All fairly straight forward with requirements clearly explained.

Typical interview questions plus some questions about general company knowledge. They'd had a webinar about the program that I found online and I was asked if I'd seen it and what I'd thought about it.

I applied online. 1 week later, I received an e-mail with an invitation for interview. The conversation was very relaxed and friendly. The HR gave info in the beginning about the company, the position and the graduate program itself. The interview questions were very standard and typical
