They used an external recruiter who was useless. These guys don't look outside the box and they shag you around a lot. Typical recruitment firms. I know one guy who missed out. The excuse they gave him was a "lack of experience in X", I have the same "lack of experience in X". Never believe these firms
Intens but fair procedure; total of 4 talks, 2 of which where online. The HR manager and plant manager are very open about the company and what they are looking for
Simple - 2 interviews on site. 2 phone interviews. A manufacturing plant tour. Several department managers, plant manager. No direct reports included in interview process. Probably could have done 1 interview on site but the first one was between Christmas and New Years due to my own availability.
